  1. Hi Derek
I had the wonderful opportunity of hearing you speak at the napp2012 hui. I have a had a look at your amazing resources and see how little we know as a school and how far we need to go and reflect with initiating ICT into our school. Quite timely as we have been asked to fill a questionnaire about what we would like. I have struggled with this as the big questions have been asked yet, i.e our projected vision, purpose, maintenance,  up skilling, infrastructure an action plan/timeline to execute this. I was wondering if I could use the decision making matrix that you shared at the conference?  I would like our BOT and our management team to understand that it is not just the case of buying in new technology, and thought your model may help. You mentioned we could source it from your blog, but I haven't been able to find it.
Let me know if this is ok or possible. I look forward to hearing from you.  Thank you for hte boost and injection at the conference :)
    kind regards
    Reshma
