    Thank you both for sharing this. As I worked with teams in SELO in Timaru this evening around rich environments for literacy, I noticed your post flash up on my phone. I choose to read the main points to the group as this was hot of the press and so well timed. It highlighted to the group the importance of their role – particularly when you consider the eight points you shared. This certainly had an impact on the 25 teachers in front of me tonight, and I know they will be thinking differently when they work alongside tamariki tomorrow. Ngā mihi nui korua. Tracey McAllister
